To achieve our vision, we are searching for a School Manager with a Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred) and at least 4-5 years of experience as a leader and manager of high-performing, outcomes-driven teams (urban school settings or private sector experience highly preferred)with a proven record of leading teams to achieve great outcomes. The position title and compensation will be commensurate with candidate experience.

As the School Manager at Zeta, you will support our team in setting and maintaining the vision for instructional leadership across our network of schools, supporting school leaders to achieve their highest potential within their individual schools. You will ensure the successful implementation of Zeta’s next-generation school model in every school to drive student achievement through:
Fostering positive, authentic relationships with school leaders and network leaders to yield exceptional results for all students and to advance Zeta’s mission and big goals
Cultivating a culture of high academic achievement; innovation; mind, body, soul development; and family Wow
Leading the professional development, management, coaching, and evaluation of Zeta Principals to ensure that all Zeta school leaders are meeting outcomes and have the tools to be successful
Working alongside Principals to identify and develop internal candidates for future leadership roles as Zeta grows
Supporting Principals with strategic and responsive decisions that will improve their school community
Participating in critical decisions involving the network leadership team, providing recommendations that will strengthen our schools and mirror the needs of each school
Providing opportunities for feedback from all constituents (school leaders, network leaders, staff, students, families) in an effort to strengthen our network-wide practices
Leading through a lens of diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice (DEIJ), ensuring our practices reflect Zeta’s values to foster an anti-racist community
