Deliver powerful results
To achieve our vision, we are searching for a Finance Associate with a Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (incl. Accounting, Economics). At least 1 year of work experience in a consultative financial role is preferred, but not required.
You will support Zeta’s financial strategy through:
– Own day to day financial operations and month-end close processes, such as bill payment and processing, credit card reconciliations, spend reports, etc. through close coordination and collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors
– Creating and maintaining reports, templates and schedules for internal and external stakeholders
– Streamlining and digitally transforming payables operations to enable Zeta’s future growth while maintaining strong financial controls
– Taking a 360 degree view to developing new and improving existing workflows/systems for scalable financial operations so that teammates can spend less time on transactional processing and more time on their core work
– Exemplifying Zeta’s core value of Stewarding Resources to the greatest impact by monitoring financial activity and controls

The start date for this position is immediate. The salary range for this position is between $58,500 to $75,000. Compensation is based on our salary scales that take into account candidates' relevant experience.
Roles at Zeta are hybrid (Tuesday through Thursday in the office; Monday and Friday remote). Our office is currently located at 425 Westchester Ave in the South Bronx.
