To achieve our vision, we are searching for a mission-driven Resident Operations Director who has a Bachelor’s Degreeand 4+ years of work experience along with proven project management abilities and a relentlessly high excellence bar.
Deliver powerful results
The Resident Operations Director program is a 6-12 month, full-time program that prepares you to become an Operations Director at a Zeta school. As an Operations Director, you are the operational leader of your school and a member of the school leadership team.
As a Resident Operations Director at Zeta, you are placed at an existing Zeta school and serve as a full-time member of the school's operations team. You engage in operations work at the host school and tackle a variety of school-specific and Zeta-wide operations projects, all while learning the skills and mindset needed to become an excellent Operations Director.
You will help develop both systems for ensuring a world-class facility that meet’s Zeta’s high expectations while also creating a safe and welcoming school environment for all students, staff, and families. Additionally, and throughout your work, you will engage in short-term and long-term thinking on best operational systems, using data to shape every aspect of our school systems.

This position has a start date in early Spring of 2023; however, there may an option to start sooner. We provide a top-of-market, competitive compensation and benefits package. Zeta also provides top-of-the-line technology and classroom resources.
Currently, Zeta operates multiple schools, in the South Bronx and Upper Manhattan. We have big growth plans because the educational crisis is massive and requires big solutions.
