Bon-Jay Tseng has spent the majority of his career within the investment banking and private equity sectors, including at well-known global firms including Campbell Lutyens, PJ Solomon and UBS. He has advised on numerous large-scale, complex M&A, capital raising and restructuring transactions on behalf of a wide variety of companies, including mid-sized privately-held companies through to Fortune 500 corporations. His clients ranged across a variety of sectors from business services, direct-to-consumer, energy/infrastructure, insurance and financial services. Earlier in his career, he developed a track record as a private equity investor while working on the investment team at Argosy Capital. At Zeta, he spearheads robust financial management and growth planning for the organization as it scales. Mr. Tseng has an MBA from Columbia Business School, along with a B.S. in Commerce with distinction from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia (where he was an Echols Scholar).
