Noreen Cooke Coleman started her career in education in 2010 at Success Academy Charter School. During her time at Success Academy Charter School, she taught Kindergarten and First grade. She became a Dean of Students from 2014-2016 and was promoted to Assistant Principal from 2016-2021. Mrs. Cooke led her Kindergarten and First-grade teams to the top five in the network with F&P and literacy components. She created strong partnerships between the school and families. Mrs. Cooke has her B.A in African and Latino Studies from Hunter College of New York and an M.A in Early Childhood from Touro College. When Mrs. Cooke is not working, she is home with her 3 daughters and her husband enjoying life and quality time spent together.
