
David Briggs
David Briggs serves as Managing Director of Engagement and Impact, leading strategy to elevate the organization’s public profile and strengthen connections with families and communities. At Zeta, he is focused on crafting bold, mission-aligned narratives that reflect the network’s love-driven, high-expectations culture—and on building systems that support its growth to 16,000+ students.
Mr. Briggs brings deep expertise in communications, enrollment, and brand strategy, developed through a career spanning education and consumer sectors. He previously served as Head of Family Engagement and Managing Director of Brand Strategy at Success Academy, where he helped drive enrollment, retention, and advocacy across a network of 50 schools.
Earlier, he led global marketing campaigns at Diageo, designing cross-cultural messaging for audiences across five continents—an experience that continues to inform his approach to engaging New York City’s diverse communities.
Mr. Briggs holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and completed his artistic training at the Juilliard School. A proud New Yorker since 1999, he believes deeply in the transformative power of public education and is honored to support Zeta’s mission of delivering extraordinary learning opportunities for every child.
