🏀 Zeta Boys Basketball at @barclayscenter! ✨

Our boys' basketball teams hit the court at Barclays Center on Sunday for an exciting matchup! Manhattan Middle Schools. vs Bronx Middle School! The game was filled with hustle, teamwork, and determination from start to finish and ended in a 21-21 tie!

A huge thank you to @barclayscenter for hosting us and giving our students the unforgettable experience of playing on such an iconic court!

🏀 Zeta Girls Basketball at @barclayscenter! ✨

On Sunday, our girls faced TEP Charter in a back-and-forth battle that ended in a 19–19 tie. A free throw late in the game sealed the draw and highlighted all the hard work, teamwork, and determination they’ve put in this season 💪

Thank you @barclayscenter for hosting us! Playing on the iconic Barclays Center court made the experience even more memorable for our students!

Congratulations to our first-ever NY State Chess Championship Tournament players! ♟️
This past weekend, 10 highly rated students from across our Zeta schools competed in this prestigious and rigorous tournament, representing Zeta with focus, strategy, and so much pride. Before they headed out, their peers and coach sent them off in the best way possible—through a huge cheer tunnel filled with excitement, encouragement, and school spirit. Moments like this are what our community is all about. We’re so proud of the way they represented Zeta and can’t wait to see what they accomplish next! 🏆

Every space is made for learning and exploring. From the ZLab where students can build, code, and create, to the music room where every voice and instrument can shine, to the gym where friendships and teamwork grow.

In honor of Black History Month, Zeta students enjoyed a vibrant Wula Drum performance! 🪘 ✨ Wula — meaning “unity” in many West African languages — came to life through powerful drumming, movement, and storytelling, highlighting the deep connection between music and community. Students sang along to Waka Waka (This Time for Africa) by Shakira, blending global rhythms with rich African traditions in a joyful celebration of culture and legacy.
