
Dan Rojas
Dan Rojas launched his career in education in 2010 with Education Reform Now, where he advanced the growth of high-performing charter schools throughout New York City. He joined Success Academy Charter Schools in 2011, serving as Business Manager, Assistant Principal, and later Principal. As a Principal, Mr. Rojas spent a decade leading elementary and high schools across the Bronx, Manhattan, and Brooklyn. His elementary schools performed in the top 1% of schools statewide, and 100% of his high school students gained admission to four-year colleges, with 96% securing offers that fully met their financial need. At Zeta, Mr. Rojas supports the design and enhancement of middle schools and future high schools, dedicated to eliminating educational inequities and preparing students for college success. He studied at Binghamton University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
