Felipe Bustamante is a former associate partner at McKinsey and Company where he led operational transformations and strategy projects for private, public, and non-profit institutions. After McKinsey, Felipe joined World Kinect Corporation, a Fortune 100 energy firm, as a Vice President and head of its business transformation office. Felipe is a passionate servant of at-risk youth in his community. He is a certified Guardian Ad-Litem, where he serves as legal guardian of foster care youth and has been a volunteer coach, mentor, and fundraiser for South Bronx United, a youth development organization. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and graduated with honors from New York University with a BA in Economics and International Relations. He loves songwriting and playing guitar, and is an avid triathlete and soccer player.
