Jessica Sie leads academics at Zeta Charter Schools, where she is designing next-generation schools that combine rigorous instruction with whole-child education. She oversees curriculum, assessment, and professional learning to ensure that students and staff across Zeta engage in transformative learning experiences. She began her career teaching elementary school in Denver, Colorado, before moving to New York City in 2011 to focus on innovative school design at scaling organizations. Prior to joining Zeta in 2021, Ms. Sie held senior leadership roles at Success Academy as Director of Literacy and History, School Manager, and Head of Education Institute Program Management. Ms. Sie holds an M.A. in Literacy, Language, and Culturally Responsive Teaching from the University of Colorado Denver and teaching certifications in K–6 Elementary Education, K–12 Linguistically Diverse Education, and K–12 Reading. She is a lifelong learner, driven by the desire to create excellent outcomes at scale for students by preparing them to innovate, solve problems, and embrace their full potential.
