Rick Schnall is Co-President of Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, LLC and has been with the Firm for 26 years.  He is a member of the Investment Committee and leads CD&R’s Healthcare, Technology and Financial Services investment verticals. Mr. Schnall serves on the Board of Directors of the Michael J. Fox Foundation and on the Board of Directors for several Portfolio Companies.  Mr. Schnall is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
