Shinian Ye is an Analyst at Corvex Management, a $3 billion New York–based investment fund known for its active, business-owner approach to investing. He leads investments across Life Sciences and Technology, partnering with management teams through engagement on investor relations, capital market, and capital allocation strategy. With more than a decade of experience in technology investing, his career spans both private equity and hedge funds across the U.S. and Asia.  He began his investing career at Silver Lake Partners, a technology-focused private equity fund, and transitioned to the hedge fund industry.  He is a Term Member at the Council on Foreign Relations, an Associate Member of the Economic Club of New York, and serves as a non-profit Board Director at the American Composers Orchestra. Mr. Ye received a BA in Economics and East Asian Studies from Dartmouth College.
