Zeta Charter Schools has served New York City families for 8 years, with schools in Queens, Manhattan, and the Bronx.

On the 2024–25 New York State tests, Zeta students achieved exceptional outcomes, with 95% passing Math and 92% passing English Language Arts. These results place Zeta among the very top-performing public schools in New York City.

Zeta Queens Flushing Elementary School is conveniently located in Downtown Flushing at 133-40 41st Avenue (the former site of Mega Academy), minutes from the 7 train, Flushing–Main Street station.
By bus, the school is just a short walk from the Q58, Q44-SBS, Q20, Q17, Q50, Q63, and Q66 buses at Flushing–Main Street and 41st Road, as well as the Q15 along 41st Avenue.
